Streaming music service that will be available on the Xbox 360 game console, Xbox Music, reportedly will be released later this month. Quoted from Ubergizmo, Thursday (4/10), tech site The Verge that get info from reliable sources mention that Xbox Music planned to be introduced to the public on October 26, 2012.

There can only be accessed through the Xbox 360, this service will be integrated to the maximum with Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8. With Xbox Music, users can enjoy favorite music streaming and downloading.

On integration with mobile devices, Microsoft seems to be using SkyDrive so that users can share songs and playlists between devices. Not only that, the Xbox Music also provides flexibility for users to upload songs to a Microsoft server to be accessed anywhere via internet connections. Besides integrated with Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8, Microsoft also plans to release a similar app for iOS and Android.
